Who is This For?
This program is for women who are Weeks 2-12 Postpartum and want to learn what exercises they can safely start doing on their own. Designed by a new mom, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Prenatal/Postnatal Exercise Specialist who gets that it's really hard to take care of ourselves in this 4th trimester. I want rehab to be accessible and affordable as you are healing at home with your baby. You can start these exercises as early as 2 weeks postpartum, wait until your 6 week OB/Midwife clearance if preferred OR when you are ready to begin moving your body based on your own healing process. This is safe for women who gave birth vaginally or through cesarean.*** I recommend doing some sort of movement every day, but you'll get the most benefit of this program if you complete it fully 3 times per week.
