Coaching Programs


Are you pregnant and wanting to know how to safely exercise throughout your pregnancy to benefit you and the baby? Are you wanting to know how to incorporate your core and pelvic floor as your pregnancy progresses?  Are you postpartum and looking for more guidance on exercises and workouts to get you back into your pre-baby shape? Are you wanting to learn the best ways to improve your diastasis recti?

If so, strength coaching is for YOU! You will work with me in person or virtually to learn what type of strength and workout program fits you and your needs best. You will have a choice of a 4-week, 8-week or 12-week customized program. This can be based on use of a gym or working out at home. Reach out below and let's get you STRONG!
