When was the last time you stood in the grass or sand in your bare feet?
𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (also known as earthing) is the therapeutic practice of 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝’𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙨 by getting in direct contact with the Earth and transferring the energy from the ground to the body.

There is evidence that by just walking barefoot in the grass for 10 minutes can:

As humans in our modern lifestyles, we are inside WAY TOO MUCH...in our homes, cars, offices, gyms, shops...𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙂𝙍𝙊𝙐𝙉𝘿𝙀𝘿!
This is a way under-researched topic that I think could help with SO many diseases that our society faces!
